Customers have 30 days starting from the day their item was shipped in which to receive a refund on incorrectly shipped or defective items only. Returns must contain all of the original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc...) and be in its original packaging and the product must be in new (unused) condition. The customer is responsible for the return freight. We also require a copy of the original invoice or receipt in order to process your refund request.

Once the customer receives the return authorization information (which they must call or email to obtain) they can return the product according to the instructions for a full refund less any restocking fees and shipping.

 We do not issue refunds for the shipping cost .
